Tight Jeseys V.5 and backup fixed movement on jerseys
this tightens the regular jerseys like lebron paul pierce and so on, i also hexed this diffrently so it is tighter then before,just give me some feedback on this.
this should only be used for regular jerseys not tight jerseys.
and this fixes distortion on the jerseys the best i could
