staduime shadow mode and mvp n jd mode combination

this makes the game look more realistic the stadium shader has increased and with the exe .i made lighting on the players work wit both effects.this makes the sweat and the accessories look better also.i but a custom Anabal to fit this mod.
this is only 30 stadium current nba.

    michael can you make the dunk more faster or remove the slow mo on dunking to make it more realistic. thanks looking forward
